Cold Plunge Immersion
Reset & Recover
Cold plunge immersion is one of the best things you can do for your health and wellness. In just a few minutes, you will trigger the autonomic nervous system and unlock a flurry of cold plunge benefits with this ancient practice. Speed up muscle and injury recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve overall sleep. The temperature is set at approximately 55 degree and can be adjusted if requested.

Fire and Ice
Enjoy the benefits of our infrared sauna paired with a cold plunge during this two-step session. Start with a cold plunge experience followed by a few minutes of relaxation and movement. Next, transition to our infrared sauna to warm the body and stimulate the natural healing response. This combination will leave you feeling invigorated while reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

RESERVATIONS
We highly encourage making reservations in advance of your arrival by calling 866-860-2328.
ETIQUETTE
For your safety, we recommend that you refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before receiving a spa treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify The Spa at Carneros at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Changes or cancellations due to delayed travel or traffic will result in shortened treatments or a full charge for missed treatments.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to ensure your safety. We will customize our services to fit your needs when possible.
